What Are Shelf Racks?
Shelf racks consist of upright frames and horizontal shelf panels, usually assembled without bolts or tools. This boltless design makes them quick to install, easy to reconfigure, and suitable for both manual picking and automated storage environments.
Shelf racks differ from pallet racking in that they are designed for lighter loads — typically boxes, cartons, spare parts, tools, files and other hand-picked items. Load capacities range from 100 kg to 500 kg per shelf level depending on the configuration.
