MagazijnService.be delivers and installs warehouse racking systems throughout Belgium. Whether you need a single bay of pallet racking or a complete warehouse fit-out, our own certified installation team handles everything — from transport to final inspection.

Delivery Throughout Belgium

We deliver to all regions of Belgium:

• Antwerp and Antwerp province — our primary base, same-day or next-day response
• Ghent, Aalst, Dendermonde — East Flanders
• Brussels, Leuven, Mechelen, Vilvoorde — central Belgium
• Liège, Namur, Charleroi, Mons — Wallonia
• Bruges, Kortrijk, Ostend — West Flanders
• Hasselt, Genk, Sint-Truiden — Limburg

Delivery is carried out with our own vehicles and forklifts. For large racking systems, we coordinate all transport logistics including unloading at your warehouse.

Pickup from our stock location in Belgium is also available by appointment.

Professional Installation

All racking installation is carried out by our own certified crew — we never use subcontractors. Every installation includes:

1. Pre-installation survey — floor condition check, layout confirmation
2. Assembly — upright frames, beams, bracing, footplates anchored to floor
3. Levelling and alignment — all bays plumb and level to EN 15620 tolerances
4. Safety inspection — load notices fitted, safety pins checked, protectors fitted
5. Handover documentation — installation report and load notice records provided

Installation Standards and Certification

All racking installations by MagazijnService.be comply with European and Belgian standards:

• EN 15512 — steel static storage systems, design requirements
• EN 15620 — tolerances, deformations and clearances
• EN 15629 — specification of storage systems
• Belgian CODEX on Wellbeing at Work — workplace safety requirements

Delivery and Installation Pricing

Delivery and installation costs are calculated individually based on:

• Distance from our base in Antwerp province
• Volume and weight of the racking system
• Number of installation days required
• Access conditions at your warehouse (floor level, dock height, crane required)

• Bank transfer (Belgian IBAN)
• Credit and debit card
• Payment in instalments — available for orders above €5,000 by arrangement
